Terms of Use

1.    Order

  • Order at least 3 working days in advance.
  • Last minute orders are available up to 1 day before the event date, before 12 noon, subjected to availability

2.    Prices

  • All prices are subjected to change and prevailing GST charge.
  • For all orders to D’resort @ Downtown East, an additional surcharge of $1.00+ (GST would apply) per pax is applicable to all menus. For orders to D’resort @ Downtown East, please contact our sales consultants at sales@stamfordcs.com.sg
  • *GST would apply. GST would be charged at the rate prevailing at the time of supply.

3.    Delivery Services

  • Delivery will arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour earlier for buffet set-ups (if applicable). 
  • In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, delivery might be delayed.

2All other menus refer to the rest of the menus listed on Stamford Catering website, excluding the ones listed above. Self-collection is only available for takeaway sets1 at no additional costs. Self-collection is to be made from loading bay area. A contact number will be provided during order confirmation.

4.    Payment Processing

  • We only accept Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card for all online orders.

5.    Confirmation of Orders

  • Customers will be notified within 48 hours upon successful placement of online order via email/call. 
  • Please call us at 6852 3338 if you do not hear from our sales coordinators within 48 hours. 

6.    No Lift Access Charge

  • No lift access fee of $80+* will be charged for deliveries to venues with no direct lift landing access where steps-climbing are required. (Capped at 4 flights of stairs)

7.    Cancellation of Orders

  • Cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount billed excluding GST is chargeable for any cancellation made less than 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of event. 
  • For festive orders (E.g. Christmas, Lunar New Year), cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount billed excluding GST is chargeable for any cancellation made less than 10 working days from date for event.
  • In the event of cancellation made less than 1 working day, cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount billed excluding GST will be chargeable. 

8.    Change of Orders

  • Amendment fee of $80.00+* to $100.00+* will be charged for any changes to the menu and/or headcount 1 working day before the event date. 
  • *GST would apply. GST would be charged at the rate prevailing at the time of supply.

9.    Promotions

  • All promotions and promo codes are not applicable for orders delivered to D’Resort @ Downtown East unless otherwise stated.
  • Stamford Catering Services Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions governing the promotion or promo code. 
  • All promotions are not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, vouchers and discounts, unless otherwise stated. 

10.    Food

  • Images are for illustration purpose only. 
  • Stamford Catering Services Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the dish of an equivalent value without prior notice. 

11. Service Staff

  • Butler, on-site chef and service staff are available upon request, subject to availability and charges. 
  • Extra service hour and overnight charges apply.

12. Others

  • Standard buffet setup will come with red or maroon skirting and may be replaced if unavailable. Alternative colours can be requested by subject to availability and/or fees.
  • All buffet setup and decorations are property of Stamford Catering and fees will be imposed if damaged or missing.
  • Burnt/damaged table cloth and/or skirting will be charged at $150+*.
